Delivery & Handling
We use DPD Next Working Day Mainland Delivery, order must be made before 2pm. If ordered on a Friday before 2pm you will not receive your items until Monday.
We also have the option for Saturday delivery, if ordered before 2pm on Friday.
No deliveries over bank holidays.
**Please note: Ireland, Scotland and Islands are excluded from our next day delivery service and will be sent on a 2-3 working day delivery via Royal Mail**
Free delivery is automatically applied to UK orders over £100 using DPD Next Working Day Mainland Delivery. Must be ordered before 2pm.
**All orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the next working day, Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays are not working days**
Our Returns Policy
We have a strict 14 day return/exchange policy. This is in effect from the date your purchase was delivered by our courier, not your purchase date.
We need to be noticed right within this window if you have any issues with your products or require an exchange or refund.
All parcels are dispatched with a returns/exchange slip included inside. If you wish to request a refund or exchange, please fill this out accordingly. Please include this slip inside your parcel upon return so that we can process your refund or exchange efficiently as possible.
Please note that original postage charges will not be refunded. The items must be unworn, with tags attached and be returned within its retail packaging. In failure to abide by this then we reserve the right to decline the refund or exchange.
How Can I Pay?
Customers can choose whether to pay via debit or credit card at checkout with CardSave - one of the most secure & safe ways to buy online. We also accept payment by PayPal.
Out Of Stock Items
Missed out on your favourite item? Don't worry! We have an email facility available for all 'out of stock' items to notify you when an item comes back into stock.
